Break each chocolate Pocky stick into 6 pieces.
Core the apple and cut it into 1cm cubes. Place in a heat-resistant container and heat in the microwave for 2–3 minutes. Let cool, drain, then mix with the white bean paste to make the filling.
Add 200g of tomato juice to the glutinous rice flour and mix well. Gradually add the remaining tomato juice while adjusting the softness of the dough, until it becomes as soft as an earlobe.
Take 20g each of dough and filling. Flatten the dough, wrap it around the filling, and roll into a round shape.
Place the takoyaki plate into the Compact Hot Plate. Add oil and preheat on LOW. Add the filled dough balls and bake while turning them until the dough changes colour.
After baking, turn off the heat. Mix the strawberry jam with a little water, then brush it over the surface of the mochi. Insert a mint leaf and a piece of chocolate Pocky on top to finish.
