Dispatch Time

After an order is placed, OurDearHome requires approximately 1–3 working days to prepare the products and arrange shipment. Thank you for your patience.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, we will notify you by email with the tracking number, so you can keep track of your shipment at any time.

Shipping Method

Some products may be shipped from our warehouse in Asia. These items will be shipped by FedEx / UPS air delivery to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country:

Australia / New Zealand: 7–10 working days

Free Shipping Terms

All product prices for delivery to Australia / New Zealand already include shipping costs, including air freight charges. Please note that you must first select the correct country / region and currency on OurDearHome in order to display the corresponding product prices correctly. For regions outside Australia / New Zealand, shipping fees are currently still calculated based on product weight. Thank you for your understanding.
