Warranty Registration

We are an authorised retailer appointed by the official distributor. All products sold by our store in Hong Kong and Macau come with a one-year official warranty, and all warranty services are handled solely by the official distributor. When requesting warranty service, you must present the relevant purchase receipt. The warranty period starts from the purchase date shown on the receipt or the delivery date shown on the delivery note. Please register your product warranty within 7 days of receiving the product. The registration method is subject to the warranty card included with the product.

7-Day Defective Product Replacement

  • Unless the product itself is defective or damaged, all products purchased from OurDearHome are not eligible for return, refund, order cancellation, or exchange.
  • We are unable to offer an exchange if the product has been damaged, scratched, stained, or otherwise affected due to improper use by the customer or during the unpacking process.
  • If, after purchase, the product does not meet personal preference or quality expectations, we regret that returns or exchanges will also not be accepted.
  • To avoid disputes, we recommend that customers inspect the product upon delivery or on the same day of receipt.
  • Replacement products must be of the same model, including the same colour.
  • If you receive a defective product, please email photos or videos showing the product quality issue, defect details, and the product serial number (if applicable) to order@ourdearhome.com within 7 days of receipt. Replacement will only be arranged as an exception after the product has been confirmed to be defective.
  • Please ensure that all accessories, manuals, packaging, shipping documents, and receipts are complete.
  • If no issue is reported within 7 days after receipt, we will not be able to arrange a replacement product or accessory due to cosmetic damage or missing accessories.
  • We also reserve the right to test the product first to verify the issue before arranging any replacement.

1-Year Official Warranty

If any issue arises during use, please contact the official distributor using the contact details stated on the warranty card. If repair service is required, customers must bring the product to the designated service centre themselves for handling.
