Turn rice into crispy rice balls that children will not be able to stop eating! With curry and stretchy melted cheese, they are delicious, appetising, and full of flavour.

| Cooked white rice | 660g |
| Curry powder | 1 tbsp |
| Japanese soy sauce |

| Dried whitebait | 60g |
| Pizza cheese | 60g |

| Chilli, carrot, peanuts, coriander | A little |
| Method | |
|---|---|
| 1 | Cut the carrot into thin strips and crush the peanuts. |
| 2 | Mix the curry powder, Japanese soy sauce, and dried whitebait into the warm cooked rice. Divide into 6 equal portions and shape into rice balls. |
| 3 | Place the rice balls into the multi plate and heat on MED. Grill both sides until browned, then remove and set aside. |
| 4 | Add 10g of pizza cheese into each section of the multi plate, then place the rice balls back on top. Cook until the cheese becomes crispy. |
| 5 | Finally, decorate the rice balls as desired and serve. |
