Cleaning and Care:
- Always unplug the kettle and let it cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the base with a soft, damp cloth. Never immerse the base in water or any other liquid.
- Wash the inside of the glass jug with warm water and a mild detergent, then dry with a soft cloth.
- Descale regularly with white vinegar or citric acid if limescale appears.
Important Notes:
- Never switch the kettle on when it is empty, as this may damage the heating plate.
- Place the kettle on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface during use.
- Keep out of reach of children and never let them use it unsupervised, to avoid burns.
The titanium heating plate is durable, resists rust over long-term use and is less prone to limescale than a conventional stainless steel plate, which makes cleaning easier.
