If any additional taxes or handling fees are incurred, please keep the receipt or a screenshot of the payment confirmation showing the tracking number or product name, and email it to order@ourdearhome.com. We will reimburse the relevant amount to you.

If the shipment is delayed, returned, destroyed or incurs additional charges due to your failure to provide the required information, pay the relevant charges or complete the customs clearance procedures in a timely manner, you will be responsible for any resulting liability and costs.
