Dispatch Time

After an order is placed, OurDearHome usually requires approximately 1–2 working days to prepare the items and arrange shipment. Thank you for your patience.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, we will notify you by email with the tracking number, so you can keep track of your shipment at any time.

Shipping Method

The shipping method and delivery time depend on product availability. If the item is in stock at our UK warehouse, delivery to the UK and EU countries usually takes only 1–3 working days. If the item is not available at our UK warehouse, it will be shipped from our Asia warehouse and will usually take approximately 3–7 working days.

Local UK deliveries are generally handled by Royal Mail, while deliveries to the EU are usually shipped by couriers such as FedEx or UPS.

In-stock items:
Delivery to the UK: 1–3 working days
Delivery to EU countries: 2–4 working days

Pre-order items:
Delivery to the UK / EU region: 3–7 working days

Free Shipping Terms

For orders shipped to the UK, a shipping fee of GBP 3.99 applies to orders below GBP 50, while orders over GBP 50 are eligible for free shipping. For orders shipped to the EU region, a shipping fee of EUR 9.99 applies to orders below EUR 150, while orders over EUR 150 are eligible for free shipping.
