The third-generation BALMUDA The Toaster not only inherits the award-winning design of previous models, but also features a redesigned window shape, dial, and handle. A new power button has also been added, with automatic power-off after 30 seconds of inactivity for improved energy saving. Available in classic black and white, it blends easily into a wide range of home interiors.

The Magic Effect of Adding 5cc of Water
When making toast with BALMUDA The Toaster, simply use the measuring cup to pour 5cc of water into the water inlet. During operation, the inside of the oven fills with steam, covering the surface of the bread with moisture. As the steam accelerates heating, the surface becomes lightly browned while the inside retains the bread’s moisture and buttery richness, locking in its delicious aroma.
Perfect Temperature Control
BALMUDA The Toaster’s precise temperature control allows it to manage the three key temperature zones needed for perfect toast. The first is 60°C, which helps restore the softness and flavour inside the bread through starch gelatinisation. The second is 160°C, which creates a caramel-coloured crust. The final stage is 220°C, which produces a toasted, roasted finish.
5 Practical Operating Modes
BALMUDA The Toaster comes with 5 built-in operating modes: Toast, Cheese Toast, Baguette, Croissant, and Classic Mode. By using these five modes cleverly, you can bake a variety of delicious breads with ease.
The Secret to Delicious Toast
BALMUDA carefully analyses the characteristics of bread and adjusts the baking method accordingly. For example, toast bread often has a curved top and a flat bottom. For the best result, place the curved top facing towards the oven window.
Create More Delicious Dishes with Classic Mode
In addition to dedicated toast modes, it can also be used like a traditional oven with upper and lower heating in Classic Mode. Three temperature settings are available: 170°C, 220°C, and 250°C.
Heating at 160°C for approximately 3 minutes. Suitable for reheating cooked food or preparing light snacks.

Heating at 220°C for approximately 3 minutes. As it is less likely to burn food, it is suitable for gratin-style dishes and reheating baked items.

Heating at 250°C for approximately 1.5 minutes. This high-heat mode is suitable for grilling mochi and gratin-style dishes.
